Vendor Onboarding: How to Register Your Store on EaseMart (Step-by-Step)

EaseMart is built to help local vendors sell faster, reach more customers, and run deliveries smoothly — with secure payments and verified trust.

This guide explains exactly how to register your store, choose a package, complete payment, and finish onboarding.


Step 1: Choose “I’m a Shop Owner”

After creating your account, select:

I’m a Shop Owner (Vendor)

This starts the vendor registration process. Vendors go through extra steps because EaseMart prioritizes trust, quality, and customer safety.


Step 2: Choose Your Store Package (One-Time Registration Fee)

You’ll pick one of two store packages:

Small Store — ₦3,000 (one-time)

Best for individual vendors and small businesses.

Includes:

  • Basic store setup
  • Product listings
  • Order processing
  • Customer management
  • Basic analytics
  • Standard support

Big Store — ₦6,000 (one-time)

Best for growing businesses that want premium tools.

Includes everything in Small Store +:

  • Advertising system
  • Content creator collaborations
  • Advanced analytics
  • Premium support
  • Branding options
  • Marketing assistance
  • Bulk upload tools

Upgrade anytime: If you start with Small Store, you can upgrade later by paying the difference.


Step 3: Complete Payment (Paystack)

To activate your vendor registration, you’ll complete payment using:

Card Payment (Paystack) (recommended and available now)
Other methods like USSD and Bank Transfer may appear as “coming soon”.

After successful payment, you’ll be taken to the next stage: Store Setup.


Step 4: Store Setup (Business Information)

Next, you’ll set up your store profile:

Required:

  • Business Name
  • Business Type (Electronics, Fashion, Food, etc.)
  • Business Address

Optional (recommended):

  • Upload your business logo
  • Add business phone
  • Add a short description

This information is what customers see when viewing your store.


Step 5: Business Settings (How You Operate)

Now you configure store operations:

  • Delivery Radius (2km, 5km, 10km, 15km, 20km+)
  • Operating Hours (open & close time)
  • Business Days (Mon–Sun selection)
  • Notifications
    • Order notifications
    • Marketing tips/promotions (optional toggle)

This helps EaseMart route orders correctly and deliver faster.


Optional: Business Verification (Recommended)

Verification is optional during onboarding — you can skip and complete later — but it improves trust.

You can add:

  • CAC registration number (optional)
  • Upload documents (JPG/PNG/PDF up to 5MB)

Benefits of verification:

  • Verified badge on your store
  • Higher ranking in search
  • More customer trust
  • Access to premium selling features/promotions

Monthly Service Fee (Flat Fee, Not Commission)

EaseMart uses a flat monthly service fee based on your monthly revenue tier.
This is not commission — it’s a predictable monthly fee.

Monthly Fee Tiers:

  • Below ₦1,000: ₦0 / month
  • ₦1,000 – ₦100,000: ₦1,000 / month
  • ₦100,001 – ₦200,000: ₦1,500 / month
  • ₦200,001 – ₦500,000: ₦2,500 / month
  • Above ₦500,000: ₦5,000 / month

Notes:

  • Fees reset monthly
  • You only pay when you reach a tier
